Sex and the City

Caught the above title with my varsity girls and guys. Seriously ALL closed friends (girl/guy/gay/lesbian) should watch it.

Recently I have been having some friend-problems. Do friends of 8 years still have the character judgmental problems at this point of life? 8 years! I thought the development had stopped during the 1st year. 8 damn long years and she's requesting change from me. Actually from most of us.
If you were to change, people would want to befriend you.
I'm quoting her words. I have always been this blunt and direct. This is not day 1 that I have been this way. And of course. I have made friends with this so called flawed character of mine. Seriously, I think I have a much bigger social circle than her. I have many unknown friends to her. Please tell me why do I have to let ALL my friends know each other?

At the age of 21 - a legal adult, I believe I am able to make sound(if not purposely unsound) decisions in my life. You maybe saying I should just ignore this person and ostracize her. I'm more in refusal of this thought. Its a freaking 8 year friendship. I'm a person who is not going to just throw all the feelings invested all away.

Unlike her, I don't say stuff that attack my friends personally. I don't say "Oh. Is that a new colour jeans that came out in Iraq?" or " Did you know that business students are actually quite dumb cos they are studying a subject that you can actually self learn or self teach?"

She says I should have a bit more tactfulness in my conversations. How about her? Saying I'm fat when she jolly well knew about the eating problem. Saying that journalism is bad when its just an opinion of her cousin who did it and not her; journalism is also my dream career.

Yes, I am blunt when my mood's bad. She can say that she's joking about the fat issue. Can't I give excuses too? Changed the venue to a more expensive location, and when I commented she paying for me; said that I was being crude. Darling, its not crude, its sarcastic.

Meaning of crude- undisguised; blunt: a crude answer.

My comment was definitely sarcastic cos I meant it that way.

Lets be a little mean. No wonder she has like a gazillion problems with the boyfriend. Anyway, that guy to me is a real loser. And no wonder her cousin(not the anti-journalism one) seemed to imply that she's loser-ish too.

Whatever. Well, I'm definitely way cooler than her.
