pride and prejudice

made a phone call to elaine. she was watching rented movies at tat time which reminded to watch some too. so i borrowed pride n prejudice. omg.
though i hvnt read the novel (which i will do so soon), the movie is utterly romantic. the conversations are so lovely. even bickering sounds sweet. mr darcy loves elizabeth bennet. mr darcy is so charming. if only men remained charming through the years.
the fact that i hv done literature throughout my secondary school years, makes me feel more. lol. lovestruck. always had been. though i did julius ceasar, i learnt alot from the language. if only there were a diploma in literature. i ll be the first the sign up. actually my favourite shakesphere's play or rather story is mid-summer's night dream. nt romeo n juliet. too passe liao.
i totally like the scene when mr darcy confesses his affections to lizzie. however she refuses him. i guess mr darcy has already liked/loved lizzie during their very first encounter. so sweet. true that he is a pig at human relations. lol. bt he is sincere. done so much for lizzie. arrange her sisters' weddings (eldest and youngest). i feel blessed just thinking about that scene. it is so touching. n yet this movie didn't win an oscar? it has won an oscar to me. lovely show.
