Day 1 of 21^st Bday

Stuck in the chalet alone. Well, seems like everyone doesn’t really like Fridays. Or me? There isn’t any internet connectivity at the resort or rather chalet area. So, am writing this blog entry via words; copy & paste to blogger. Life is so funny. When you do need people around you, there aren’t. Thank god I brought my laptop along. At least I could draft the blog entry and do some photoshopping without my pink Microsoft mouse. Why am I being so detailed? Guess it might due to the hunger pangs. Ok. I am actually waiting for Elaine to arrive and accompany me through the night. Well, as spoke of the devil, she just phoned me. She’s on the CAB! Hurray! Just praying the cabbie uncle knows how to get here. ~Looks left, looks right~

Back to the chalet/lonely-party. There was a heavy downpour a while ago. Guess the other chalets are starting their delayed BBQ about now. You know what’s funny? Am actually alone and seeing people run across my chalet with stuff. OK. Maybe my expression isn’t that funny. Only if you were here to witness it. Very funny lah. Hoho. My BBQ is starting tomorrow. Hopefully there are people auto enough to take up the peng-ing role. Haha.

My thoughts about being 21? More responsibilities loh. Sigh. True that I can walk into a casino without going through any underhand methods, true that I can watch ALL censorship categories of movies.

Wait. To think about it, its been a REALLY long time since I slept next to Elaine. Hohoho. ~Sheepish grin.~ The last time was probably during school camp. Just kidding. I think she’ll be here any moment. Tampiness to Changi, not very far. Oh! She’s HERE!

Day 2&3 of 21^st Bday

Seriously I really don't know how to start writing day 2. Though day 2 was 23 February, to me its not 1 day ago. Seems like I just ended the day moments ago. Maybe due to the overnight-ness. Ok, will start writing with waking up with Elaine. Jiemei & Puipui came at midnight! Just to wish me Happy Birthday! Super happy! I realized I didn’t cry at the chalet. But am so feeling touchy and might start crying while writing this. Haha. ~Puipui, don’t angry at her, ok?~

Did the decorations with Miss Thiang.So great the she could stay and accompany me till Hui Fang gets to the chalet.

Soon Clare came! Hooray! Thanks for the muffins!

Then Uncle Jeremy came. Hohoho. He is so going to kill me. Uncle Jeremy.

Now ALL my friends are calling him that. Hahaha.

Came Jeffrey! He was a great help! I really don't what I do. Thanks for the BBQ, cleaning up, EVERYTHING! Pic got cut. --.--

Then came Zizi and Tingz! Haha. Thanks for the Mphosis bag! Am so going to use it during my varsity days. Didn't take pic with Tingz. ><

Another important person came! My DAD! From the airport! When he landed, he called me and asked what else I needed, Elaine had suggested to get champagne some time ago, and my dad got it. Think it was some berry champagne. It had a pretty packaging and was in a lovely maroon colour.

Something to do with this day 21 years ago. The day I was born, a supernova took place! How cool is that! No wonder I like looking at stars. O.K. Bullshit. Wahaha. Pretty right?

Then my dear cousin Cecilia and mate came. She has really been of great help! From day 1 to my actual day and all. Had so forgotten to take pictures with her.

BBQ! Soon more people came! God. I totally can’t remember the sequence of who came. I think the most dramatized part of the entire party was when I suddenly was told someone was coming. Damn. I thought I had gotten over. Hmmmm. Guess not. ><

One word description: WILD! I think EVERYONE had fun! Jack must be having "sweet" dreams. Hahaha

The neighbour chalet was also celebrating 21^st too! A guy. I think he was pretty badly sabo-ed/tegan-ed. Haha. Will I be getting worse? Hmm.

Ok. Comes the cutting cake. Gosh, totally like a paparazzi session. Felt like at the Grammy’s or Oscar’s. I think there were like 4-5 cameras snapping almost at the same time. You totally don’t know WHERE to look. So I think some shots I have can see people look else where.

Champagne popping time. Funny thing was, my cousin wanted to help me with the loosening of the cork. Instead, the cork was TOO anxious and it just pop! Haha. So not much spillage. But my naughty cousin wanted more fun, she shook the bottle a bit. Haha. Wonder who caught that moment?

The next ermm gross-expected-running-away moment was the cake smashing. Had ordered chocolate cake. Zulia, Elaine, Marilyn, Hui Fang and Jiemei(?) all came to me and suggested me to HAVE some cake. I sort of knew what was going on. Of course I wanted to avoid it. Someone smashed the cake straight into my face!!! So my nose had some too. Totally gross. After snapping out of the disorientation, I wanted my revenge. Hohoho.

Late-comer Terence came. --.-- Ok, allow you the usage of my lousy excuses. “The states are still celebrating my birthday.”

Took the car out to Changi Village to visit our ma-pok friends. God. They are damn hot! Suddenly, felt inferior. My birthday leh! How can like that?! >< minute="0" hour="3">3-4am. Zulia was getting a little very spooked. On the walk, a leaf fell. Hahaha. The girls screamed! O.K. I was pretty spooked. But was all due to ZULIA! If she hadn’t screamed, I won’t too. Haha. There’s really nothing to be scared about though. Poor Terence, being grabbed like…. Sigh. Haha. Wonder if his arm had bruises? Should have so captured that. We came to this place where people were fishing. The first sight was someone had caught something! A fish! How cool can that get! Was a catfish too (I think.). Something even cooler happened. Saw my primary school classmate! Desmond Toh. Haha. What an unusual place and timing to meet someone you have not met in a really LONG time. Haha.

Was hungry, (I didn’t have much appetite earlier in the day) so moved on to a 24 hour MacDees. East coast park was the only one I could think of. So east coast here we came. Got there about 4.30am. Chatted till 6am and drove back to the chalet.

Elaine left with Terence early, cos Terence’s dad needed the car earlier in the morning. Took a 1 plus hour nap with Zulia. Checked out at 10am, went to another Macdees with my dad, Amanda, Jensen and Brenda for breakfast part 2. Got home around 1 plus, blogged a little, paused and went to sleep.
