Ohhhh.

Found a little something while checking my timetables.

UB Policy on Harassment

Students enrolled in the UB program at SIM are subject to the same code of conduct as students at the Buffalo campus. The university does not tolerate harassment of any kind (including harassment conducted through electronic means such as websites, blogs, emails and text messages), and will take measures to discipline any student who is found to engage in it. Harassment is defined as follows in the Rules and Regulations of the UB Office of Judicial Affairs and Student Advocacy:

HARASSMENT - A person is guilty of harassment when he or she
A. threatens or intimidates a person creating a rational fear within that person; or
B. engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts directed at another person which would seriously annoy a rational person; or
C. creates a condition which endangers or threatens the health, safety or welfare of another person
D. physically restrains or detains any other person, or removes any person from any place where he or she is authorized to remain

SIM students are advised that engaging in any form of harassment—in person or through print or electronic means—will be dealt with accordingly by UB. Whether in Singapore or in Buffalo, the university will not hesitate to take all available measures, including expulsion from the university and/or criminal prosecution when applicable.

Well. One might argue I have been guilty of such. But wait. Harassment includes a clear indication of the identity of the person. So whatever shit I have written here before has ZERO identity indication. Well, I can't really control the various perceptions of others towards the thought of harassment.

As Ray would say, it's good to know some jurisdictional law. Serves as good protection in Singapore. :D
